accommodation for students and young people for the Speech Therapy Centre. The student accommodation was commissioned on 1 October 2021.
The accommodation comprises 35 rooms for students of legal age enrolled at the Lycée technique pour professions de santé (Technical College for Health Professions), and 14 rooms for the Service de la jeunesse (Youth Service) of the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale, de l'Enfance et de la Jeunesse (Ministry of Education, Children and Youth).
All the communal areas are on the ground floor. They are largely open onto the green area at the rear of the building. The bedrooms and the supervisor's office are on the upper floors. This layout encourages contact between students, encouraging them to talk and live together. The third floor, with its 14 rooms, is reserved for accommodation for young people. Here the young people, divided into 2 groups, have a kitchen and a living room for each group.
